15.1. The relationship between the Virtual Currency Service Provider and the User will be governed by the laws in force in the United Kingdom.

15.2. The relations between the Payment Service Provider and the User shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

15.3. The User Agreement has been drafted in the English language. The English version of this Agreement is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English version and any other version.
