Requirements for User-Provisioned Documents and Data
2.12. The User or his representative shall provide the data and documents requested by the Service Provider to identify the User.
2.13. The natural person will be determined based on personal identification documents in accordance with the legislation and accepted by the Service Provider.
2.14. The legal entity will be determined on the basis of a valid extract from the registry and/or documents accepted by the Service Provider.
2.15. The identity of the User or his representative may be determined through a means of communication accepted by the Service Provider.
2.16. The User shall submit the originals or notarized or equivalent certified copies of the documents to the Service Provider.
2.17. The Service Provider will assume that the document submitted by the User is genuine, valid and correct.
2.18. The Service Provider may request certification or apostille certification of documents issued abroad.
2.19. If the documents are in a foreign language, the Service Provider may request that the documents be translated into a language that the Service Provider can understand. The Service Provider may request that the translation be notarized or certified by a sworn translator.
2.20. The formalization, translation, certification and other related expenses of documents are borne by the User and are not subject to reimbursement by the Service Provider.
2.21. If possible, the Service Provider may make a copy of the document sent by the User or keep the original.
2.22. If the submitted document does not meet the Service Provider's requirements or the Service Provider has doubts about the accuracy of the document, the Service Provider shall have the right not to fulfill the User's order or to request the submission of additional documents.
